HYROX

Our Hyrox conditioning is meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate extended cardiovascular exercises with a strong focus on conditioning to prepare our athletes for HYROX.

Commencing with an effective mobility warm-up, participants will then transition into a 45-70 minute workout where the goal is to stress the engine & hold pace.

This session is also perfect for anyone looking to add an extra conditioning element to their weekly routine or for those with lower endurance fitness seeking to enhance their overall fitness.

Wednesday Nights – Machine & running thresholds + movements under fatigue

Friday Nights – Longer anaerobic repeats, perfect for HYROX double races
