I joined this amazing community in 2022 after being encouraged to do so by my son.

As a woman in her early 60s I was a little concerned about training with weights and high intensity as it had been about 8 years since I’d done anything like it. It has been a hugely rewarding experience from the very first session.

Encouragement is offered freely as are options to scale according to your needs on the day. There is no judgement from anyone and every gain whether big or small is celebrated by everyone. It’s a very welcoming and friendly environment for every gender and age group including babies, pre schoolers and furry friends! To see the young mums and dads come in and train while their children are close by is terrific and exactly what a lot of parents need. The energy at every session I’ve attended is high and happy.

As for me I am so inspired to continue as I make gains and meet my goals.

I absolutely love coming here! I started with Leah & her Team in September 22 with no idea what I was doing and honestly didn’t even think I would stick it out. Leah really helped me be more accountable, and having a child herself was a shining example that being a mum isn’t an excuse to neglect yourself!!

The coaches and the community are so helpful and I would not have expected to have achieved the results I have in what feels like such a short amount of time. I couldn’t recommend INSPIR3D CULURE enough to anyone wanting to start making themselves a priority.

The team here have created such an amazing, fun, social gym environment. Love going to my sessions here, great mix of weights and cardio catering for everyone. I have been working with Leah and the community she has built since December 2021. I have been to a lot of gyms over the years, but I can honestly say that INSPIR3D Culture is the best by far! Due to a medical condition, I had to take some time away from the gym last year. During my illness, Leah was in frequent contact with me, checking on my well-being, including me in social events, and was a massive cheerleader for my recovery.

When I was finally given the all-clear to exercise again, there was no doubt that I was coming back!
